A little about yourself....

I sell peas....with a purpose. I started Peas for Prosperity as a project after I was fired from my corporate job last June. I wanted to show potential employers I was capable of doing something other than what I had been doing in the cubicle as well as raise money for charity. I accomplished my goal, a little too well. I raised $300 for the Atlanta Community Food Bank. A lot of people also fell in love with my peas.

What do you hope to gain from becoming a member of StartUpChicks?

I hope to meet other fabulous entrepreneurs, find resources for launching my business, help others launch their businesses, network, meet friends, and have fun.
