A little about yourself....

Only barrister specializing in IP and technology law outside London and only one anywhere focussing on protecting and exploiting intellectual assets of start-ups and other small businesses. Author of "Enforcing Intellectual Property Rights", a concise guide to private inventors and SME published by Gower Press London in Feb 2009. Set up and chair inventors' clubs in Leeds, Liverpool and Sheffield and hold monthly pro bono IP advice sessions or "clinics" in 8 Northern towns and cities. Appeared as counsel in several leading IP and technology cases.

To see what I can learn from USA and apply in England and also to share my experience where that may be useful.
