DeKalb Small Business Boot Camp 2009

All day intensive Boot Camp designed to help entrepreneurs acquire
the necessary skills to manage their businesses during tough economic
times, and prepare their businesses for an economic recovery.

The Small Business Boot Camp will involve a series of courses designed for existing small business owners. The program track will introduce participants to various management related concepts including: three tracks on internet Marketing to include Social Media, E-Mail Marketing and Search Engine Optimization; Legal Aspects of Managing your Business in Tough Times; Success Strategies in An Economic Downturn; Marketing Plan ROI - Choosing the Right Promotional Tools; Financial Management - Measuring What Matters; and Stress Management in the Work Place. A multitude of experts in the related fields will serve as the guest speakers. The program is designed to be educational and interactive - a MUST for all existing small businesses. The condensed one-day event allows you the crucial time to work ON your business, while limiting your time away from daily operations. During the lunch presentation, SBDC will present an overview to strategic planning and SBDC and the Chamber will provide organizational updates and discuss other resources helpful to your business in these challenging times.

The $199 fee includes continental breakfast, lunch and materials. EARLY BIRD Registration is available for only $149 if registration is received by December 1, 2009.
